KONI Sport (yellow) is KONI's performance sport damper range. Most Sport dampers are adjustable for rebound damping force, letting you balance comfort and sharpness for road or track-oriented driving.

How do I adjust KONI Sport dampers?

Adjustment method depends on the series stamped on the damper body. Some need to be removed and compressed to adjust; others are top-adjustable while fitted. Start from full soft and firm gradually — many drivers prefer about half a turn to one full turn from soft.

When should I choose Sport over STR.T or Special Active?

Choose Sport when you want adjustable rebound and a sportier feel, especially with lowering springs or performance wheels. Choose STR.T for a simpler fixed-rate upgrade, or Special Active for adaptive comfort with improved body control.

Are KONI Sport dampers suitable for lowered cars?

Yes, provided the dampers do not bottom or top out. Pair with appropriate springs, keep bump stops, and stay within roughly 30–35mm of safe lowering for most cars. Check each product's fitment remarks.

KONI's Sport shocks are designed for drivers looking for a sporty driving experience. These products focus on exceptional road-holding combined with an acceptable level of comfort. KONI Sport characteristics include responsive steering, reduced body-roll and limited body movements. Many Sport shocks are externally adjustable, making fine tuning even easier.

KONI Sport (yellow) dampers are rebound-adjustable performance shock absorbers for drivers who want sharper handling on the road and occasional track days. Many adjust externally on the car with the supplied knob, so damping can be fine-tuned to your driving style in seconds. Sport kits pair four adjustable dampers with matching H&R lowering springs for up to 40mm of lowering.
